These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all mobile applications published by Banaskantha Dist. Co.op. Milk Producers Union Ltd., including but not limited to any current or future apps developed and released by us (“Apps”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.

1. General Use

  • You must use our Apps only for lawful purposes.
  • Any misuse, reverse engineering, modification, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
  • Some features may require device permissions (camera, location, storage, notifications, etc.). These permissions are used only to provide the specific functionality of each App.

2. User Accounts (If Applicable)

Some Apps may require account creation or login:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to your actions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Apps, logos, source code, design, content, and related materials are owned by Banaskantha Dist. Co.op. Milk Producers Union Ltd.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Apps.

4. In-App Purchases / Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Some Apps may offer paid features or subscriptions.
  • All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use third-party tools, such as:

  • Google Play Services
  • Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics
  • AdMob or other ad networks
  • Payment processors

These services operate under their own Terms & Privacy Policies.

6. Advertisements (If Applicable)

If any of our Apps show ads:

  • Third-party ad providers may collect device identifiers for personalized or non-personalized ads.
  • You can disable personalized ads from your Google account settings.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our Apps, you agree:

  • Not to upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
  • Not to interfere with or disrupt app performance.
  • Not to attempt hacking, bypassing security, or exploiting bugs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any damages, data loss, business loss, or device issues caused by using our Apps.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Use of our Apps is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to any App if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You misuse the App.
  • Required by applicable laws.

You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

10. Updates

  • We may update any App for improvements, bug fixes, new features, or compliance.
  • Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
